Pre-Sales Specialist – Outbound Specialist

Join our team on a mission to kill cold-calling. You’ll talk to people from all around the world and learn our expertise. Above all we value taking ownership and work ethics. If you have it and you easily adapt to new situations and want to grow quickly as a person – you’re probably a good candidate. It’s a new position in our company so we will need a self starter with strong work ethics and a good eye for improvement opportunities. One more thing: if you are cheerful only on good days then go and be grumpy somewhere else. Seriously – no negativity is allowed past this point.
What do we do?

We acquire new business for our international customers without making a single cold call, right in the centre of Wrocław.

Your job:

  • Engaging and qualifying new inbound/outbound leads using e-mail and LinkedIn passing them to our sales people
  • Prospecting the best possible leads
  • Lead nurturing
  • Managing sales’ calendars (arranging calls and meetings with potential clients)
  • Working very closely with our sales and marketing teams

  • Fluent in english
  • Experienced in sales and/or marketing
  • Self starter

  • Persistent and proactive – you don’t cry when facing rejection
  • Strong work ethics – you get shit done when nobody is watching as well
