THE CLIENT
iTaxi is a Polish taxi app with the biggest market share. It makes people’s lives easier by saving time, money, and facilitating invoicing. iTaxi is available in 10 Polish cities via the app and in more than 150 via a call center.
THE CHALLENGE
The company wanted to reach a considerable group of potential clients, segment after segment, city after city. They started with Warsaw – the city which also was UBER’s first destination in Poland.

THE SOLUTION
Cold emails aimed at people working in administration, or operational directors at companies from various industries were supposed to help them get their foot in the door. iTaxi decided to run a three-month long campaign with RightHello.
THE IMPLEMENTATION
Our specialists were staying in constant touch with the client who was very engaged in designing a proper strategy. A detailed analysis and precise targeting have produced good results.
THE RESULT
During the first campaign, a 36.5% of the recipients have answered our messages. Conversion into signed contracts was 2.77%. iTaxi was satisfied enough to extend the deal for another 12 months.
