Lama Media case study

THE CLIENT
Lama Media is a Wrocław-based software studio dealing in web & mobile applications, e-commerce platforms and complex websites development. They specialize in Javascript frameworks, mostly NodeJS and ReactJS. They worked with both, Polish and foreign clients from the automotive, finance, government, healthcare and IT sectors.
THE CHALLENGE
Michał Kuzborski, the co-owner of the Lama Media agency, wanted to expand into foreign markets and acquire quality clients. He decided that he’ll have the best chance of achieving that by attending conferences during which he’ll be able to meet and talk to potential business partners.

THE SOLUTION
Michał has turned to us for help in arranging meetings. A cold email campaign was supposed to facilitate establishing the first contact and selecting only the companies that have shown interest in a potential partnership.
THE IMPLEMENTATION
Our biggest challenge was finding companies that may interest Michał. The selection process was linked to the fact that Lama Media guys were planning to take part in conferences in particular cities and on particular dates. Our specialists aimed at PR agencies, interactive agencies, and programming companies from Los Angeles and New York City. Later on, we’ve also run a campaign involving cities such as Oslo, Sydney, London, and Berlin.
THE RESULT
We’ve provided Michał with a lot of quality leads. Thanks to actions that have been a direct or indirect result of the email campaign, a dozen or so contracts were signed. Most of the projects have now been completed, and Lama Media is constantly expanding the group of its foreign clients.

“Campaigns that we ran with RightHello were the start of active global sales for Lama Media. Today more than 20% of our services are done for clients outside of Poland.”
