THE CLIENT
Market and Opinion Research Agency SW Research is Poland’s leader in online research. The company owns one of the major research panels – swpanel.pl as well as the Ankieteo.pl site, a tool facilitating CAWI, CAPI, CATI, CASI, and mystery shopper type of research. The latter creates new possibilities for asking questions and obtaining quick results in the Mixed Mode model. Apart from delivering quantitative and qualitative research, SW Research also offers professional analytics and consultancy services.
THE CHALLENGE
SW Research was facing the challenge of reaching a large group of potential clients from a particular industry, who may be interested in obtaining support in terms of consumer and market research. The biggest problem was pinpointing decision makers in the said companies.

THE SOLUTION
Cold emailing seemed to be the perfect solution when it comes to reaching potential clients. Cold emails are personalized messages, which can easily reach the right people with proper campaign settings.
THE IMPLEMENTATION
Thanks to great communication and regular feedback from the client, setting up and running the campaign was a breeze. Three-month long cooperation involved several hundred of sent emails. We’ve targeted companies from the finance industry, various manufacturers, as well as e-commerce businesses.
THE RESULT
We’ve managed to reach precisely targeted decision makers, which was SW Research’s biggest issue. We’ve gotten in touch mostly with people from marketing departments, or directly with business owners. Nearly 60% of our messages were opened, and a whole 21% of them elicited positive response. SW Research representatives have taken part in several dozens of conferences, meetings, and have ran a number of research projects.
