Your job:

  • Supervising a team of passionate and competent salespeople
  • Supporting our Chief Sales Officer in hiring
  • Optimising the sales process
  • Onboarding new salespeople
  • Developing the team

Our perfect candidate:

  • Fluent in english
  • 3-4+ Years in B2B sales
  • Fast learner (you’ll have to constantly learn on the job)
  • Persistent and proactive (don’t cry when someone drops your call)
  • Gets shit done (you do actual work instead of procrastinating on facebook all day)
  • Sense of humour – a bad IT joke can make you smile

Also would be nice:

  • Second language
  • You have experience in an agency, software, SaaS or similar companies
  • You have management experience
  • You Knowledge of Internets, IT, Saas and Startup industry
  • Experience in international sales
